Making Sure Your Order Went Through

If you have already placed your order well thank you so very much! But we have also noticed that we have several abandoned carts which means you have started to place an order and not finished for one reason or another. That is perfectly fine if you have changed your mind but we have also found that many who have left items in their carts have not meant to. They think that they have placed an order when actually they have not. Believe me we do not want someone so excited to get an item only to find out their order was never placed!

GOOD NEWS we have figured out what is making the process of checking out especially when using PayPal so tricky. We have taken some screenshots of the check out process to hopefully explain the process a bit better.

First is picking which items you want and adding them to your cart. Then hitting the check out button.This will move you to the next screen.

Step Two is choosing your delivery method. Oh and please only pick local pick up if you are local to Huntington, WV and actually want to pick up the items. If you're not local you need to pick shipping! Okay once you have picked that you move down and click continue to payment.  

Step Three is picking your payment method. The problems arise when you pick PayPal so if you chose to pay with a card we do not think you are having this problem. But if you are wanting to use PayPal to check out go on and pick PayPal and hit pay not. This will take you off the website to PayPal's website. 

Step Four is you being redirected to PayPal's website to log into your account. So go on log into your account! 

Step Five is you being on the PayPal website and choosing  which card you want PayPal to charge (if you have more than one linked that is). Once you have picked the card hit continue. This will then send you back to our website. You are not finished yet your order has not been placed yet !!

Step Six is you are now back on our website and it will look just like it did before you left to log into your PayPal account. PayPal should be selected and you will once again have to hit pay now. This will not charge you again, it will not send you back to PayPal this is you confirming you are allowing our website to charge your PayPal.YOU MUST DO THIS STEP TO HAVE YOUR ORDER PLACED !!!!

Last Step is you getting a little waiting screen that will soon pop up your order number. That is how you know your order was actually placed if you did not get that number when you checked out then your order was not placed and you need to go back on and check your shopping cart. If you still have items in your cart you also get an email from us saying you still have items in your cart and a link to go back and finish your order. So check your emails and your spam folder to make sure you didn't get that email. If you got that abandoned cart email by all means USE IT !!
