About Us
That's me, Jessica, in the top right hand corner. All this started with a trip to our local flea market when I was about 18, where I fell in love with collecting antiques and primitives. Strapped for cash I was always limited to what I could buy. Flashing back to when I was a young girl sewing up my mom, Angela's (top right to the left) comforter got me thinking I might be able to make some of these items on my own. So I went online, bought my first patterns and got to work. Fast forward to 2016. I decided to take a leap of faith and quit my job to spend all my time with my dad, Bob (bottom). I took that love for sewing primitives and my overflowing collection of antiques and started Morris Mountain Primitives.

Without them I couldn't do any of this. What is "this" you ask? Here at Morris Mountain Primitives we lovingly hand stitch primitive bowl fillers, ornaments, and dolls to fill your home with happiness. We also love to go picking to find the coolest, most unique antique/vintage items to add that touch of history to your home. Nothing brings us more joy than bringing happiness and history to your home!

Here on our family farm in Huntington, WV we create all our items and display our antique finds in a little cabin that we open up 3 times a year for people to come out and shop. You can also visit the cabin by appointment or virtual tour.
