Do you ship out of the United States?

• No, we currently do not ship internationally, but we are happy to send your orders anywhere in the United States!

How much is shipping?

• It’s based on the size and weight of the package. We ship the cheapest and safest way through the USPS.

What payment options do you accept?

• We accept all cards as well as Paypal.

What are your items made of?

• Most of our items are made from Muslin; we also use flannel, burlap and felt at times.

Do you have a Facebook Page?

• Yes! We use our Facebook page for live sales and fast communication. You can click here to be taken there.

When are your live sales?

• The first and third Thursday of each month at 8:00pm on our Facebook page.

Do you make the items?

• Yes, with the help of my family, we hand stitch and paint every item in our handmade line.

Do you accept returns?

• No, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

How long does it take for my order to be filled?

• Each order will be quoted at a time based on our amount of order/time of year. Typically all orders are finished within three weeks.

How do I know when my order ships?

• You should get an email with shipping details and a tracking number.

Do you offer gift certificates?

• Yes, they are available through our shop; click "gift certificates" in the main menu.
